printing and installation services. We do NOT offer compensation
for driving ads.

Q2. What's involved
in a vehicle wrap?
A. Vehicle wraps, Bus wraps and Fleet wraps are comprised of
3 phases. The first is the design and layout phase. The second
is the production phase and finally installation. There may
even be a fourth phase, the removal of graphics if requested.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q3. What is involved with the Design
Phase?
A. This is the critical part of the vehicle wrap process. Communication
is essential to ensure your vehicle wrap is laid out properly
per your needs. A complete understanding of the overall project
is a must. The design must be done taking into account that
the images used need to be high resolution and full size at
75 dpi. File types must be adhered to per our specifications
and the wrap design must be properly scaled to the vehicle.
We encourage our clients to focus on the purpose of the vehicle
wrap. We have found that simple but deliberate design works
best. The vehicle is a moving billboard advertisement, so the
message on the vehicle wrap must be instantly understood. The
audience only has 3 seconds or so to get the message. Our
in-house staff of designers specialize in vehicle wrap design.
They work with the client throughout the process to ensure
that the message conveyed in the design accurately and appropriately
reflects that of the company, product or person. Final proofs,
mockups and explanations are always reviewed prior to sending
the job to print.

Q4.
Will a vehicle wrap damage my vehicle’s
paint upon removal?
A. For Factory paint in good shape, no. Repainted and/or paint
in poor condition may peel when removed. In all of our experiences,
the only time a vehicle’s paint may be affected is in
the case of a poor repaint job. Factory paint, in 99.0% of
instances, is not affect by our wraps.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q5.
Will you wrap a leased vehicle?
A. Sure, we’ve wrapped many leased cars. The wrap can
easily be removed without any damage at the end of the lease.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q6.
How long will a wrap last on my vehicle?
A. Our wraps will normally outlast the duration you’re
looking to use them. You can expect your wrap to last 2-3 years
or longer, providing you are careful about power washing. Normally,
a wrap can stay between 4 to 6 years on the vehicle depending
on the treatment that is given to it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q7.
How do I care for my wrap?
A. Hand washing is best. Avoid high pressure washes and be
careful never to use an ice-scraper. Sweeping off windows with
a soft broom and rear defroster will cause no damage to your
window graphics.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q8.
What’s the difference between
a partial
and full wrap?
A. Typically, a Full Wrap includes the
entire surface of the vehicle with or without the roof, depending
on the vehicle and the client’s wishes. A partial wrap
is exactly that. The vehicle is partially wrapped. What portion
of the vehicle is actually wrapped depends on the design and
customer needs.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q9.
What is the approximate time frame expected for installation
once the design is approved?
A. From the time that the design is completed and approved
by our client, a wrap can be printed and installed within 10
days, sometimes less.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q10.
Can you wrap anything other than a vehicle, RV or Bus?
A. Absolutely! If it rolls, floats or flys we can wrap it!
We have wrapped boats, buildings, windows, storefronts and
large machinery. If the surface to wrap has enough adhesion
for the vinyl, a wrap is possible.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q11.
How long does the process take?
A. The part of the process that we like spending the majority
of the time is the development of the concept that will go
on the vehicle. The length of this depends directly on how
much direction you already have for the graphics. After the
graphic stage is finalized and we enter production it takes
between 5 to 10 days to have the wrap fully installed.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q12.
Can the wrap be removed later?
A. Absolutely. The wrap is actually stacked to the vehicle
using heat and pressure-sensitive adhesives that can be reactivated
by our installers. The removal process is very short.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q13.
Can I pressure wash my vehicle after the vinyl is installed?
A. We highly recommend NOT to pressure wash the vehicle after
installation of the vinyl. Some pressure washers can potentially
lift up the vinyl because of improper use of the water pressure.
The wrap is an investment to your marketing and advertising
strategy and thus it should be protected.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q14.
Do I have to wash my vehicle before installation?
A. Yes.
All vehicles have to be free of dust, mud, pollen, and other
agents that may slow down the installation process.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q15.
How long do you need my vehicle for installation?
A. Installation normally takes between one and two days depending
on how much coverage has to be applied.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q16.
Can you come up with the graphics?
A. Absolutely! That is in fact our strength. Our customers
communicate to us what they want in the wrap. Then they supply
us with their logos, photos, and other supporting images, and
we then create the graphics in a format that best fits the
vehicle. Most commonly our clients have photos or images from
their business that they want on the wrap and we can use them.
There are other cases in which our clients have to purchase
photos for their campaign.

Q17.
I live outside your local area, can I still go with you guys
for my wrap?
A. Yes, we would have meetings with you over the phone and
all images and mockups would be emailed for approval.
We can also mail your wrap to you so that you may have it installed
locally.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q18.
Will it damage my paint?
A. No. The material used actually protects your paint-job from
minor scratches. A car wrap, when applied and removed correctly
by a professional installer, does not damage your car's paint,
unless the paint is already damaged or the car has been repainted.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q19.
How much does it cost?
A. Every project has its own set of variables. We have developed
a small “no-obligation” form that will help us
provide you with a more accurate quotation. Pricing is directly
linked with coverage and types of vinyl used.

have the capability to cover large areas. In the past, we have
covered several RVs and trailers. Please fill in the request
a quote form to be contacted with further information.

Q22.
What if I don’t have any
high resolution artwork?
A. High-resolution artwork is available and can be purchased
through various sources. You can also purchase Royalty free
artwork, you can then use it in all of your marketing material.
We utilize several websites that provide high resolution
artwork and images. Often, high resolution artwork can be
attained through a corporate office of most franchises. Keep
in mind that we can assist you in designing a complete wrap
from concept to completion which includes dealing with all
of the high resolution artwork.

Q27.
What is a car wrap? Is it paint?
A: A car wrap is a hi-tech vinyl covering that is adhered directly
to your car. The application is so precise, it is often mistaken
for a custom paint job. A vehicle consists of a design which
is developed by our staff of designers, then printed on special
vinyl wrap and laminated, and finally installed or “wrapped” on
a vehicle. The wrap is applied directly to the vehicle.

Q33.
Why should I use Promotion Wraps as opposed to painted or
vinyl lettering?
A: Applying paint decreases your car's value. The same applies
for vinyl lettering which can cause 'fading' or 'shadowing'
to the original paint. In addition, a car wrap looks so much
more stunning and appealing.

Q34.
What if I plan to change my company logo or phone number
in the future?
A: Not a problem. We can print logos, phone numbers, websites
etc. as overlays on the car wrap, so that they may be removed
and replaced if you switch companies or change information.
Graphics, logos, and phone numbers (or any part of the design)
can be changed, reprinted and re-installed as overlays on the
car wrap.

already know about Promotion Wraps, you can request that
we speak directly to them, or request information to be sent
to them.
